      Pros

      They always need live in helpers and if your a good reliable and have integrety you will always have work.

      Cons

      If you are a live in they dont pay you the 24 hrs they only pay you 16hrs. If your client gets sick and you have to stay up depending on your morality you wont get paid for those hours.

      The manipulation Pharmerica uses to ensure the compensation is not accurate! The market moved and the company didn’t, the benchmark is outdated but told verbatim "we are NOT a priority" The company prioritized cost control over market competitiveness
