Pros
The knowledge and experience obtained. The population served appreciated my hard work and dedication.
Cons
Senior Management was not aware of the challenges faced by direct support staff and their supervisors. The office was located 2 hours from the sites this made supporting sites impossible. Decisions at the local office were made emotionally and not per policy and logic. Nepotism! On call 365 days - 24 hours a day!
