      if you need a job and just can't beat it at the moment....

      Cons

      no raises, low pay, upper management treats managers like crap....and then it rolls down hill. horrible hours...I make like .75 cents an hour with the time I put in that hole. The job really sucks...you work your butt off and then they expect more...it is crazy. you run and gun and they expect you to devote your life to them. not a place to be if you have a life.

      The manipulation Pharmerica uses to ensure the compensation is not accurate! The market moved and the company didn’t, the benchmark is outdated but told verbatim "we are NOT a priority" The company prioritized cost control over market competitiveness
