      Love the clients. Workers are dedicated to their job.

      Cons

      Some residential houses in need of repairs and updates. Understaff.. good and loyal employees deserve raises but get NONE! Why is that? I'm sure the upper corporate personnel get raises.. every year taxes n other cost of living goes up... paycheck goes down. The sad thing is does CEO of Rescare read This? Nothing changed.. so I guess they don't care..

      The manipulation Pharmerica uses to ensure the compensation is not accurate! The market moved and the company didn’t, the benchmark is outdated but told verbatim "we are NOT a priority" The company prioritized cost control over market competitiveness
