      Helping people make a difference in their life and great co-workers that I have formed wonderful relationships with.

      Cons

      Underpaid, no raises in three years, unreasonable expectations, client to staff ratio is unsafe and ineffective because of all the paper work & audits.

      The manipulation Pharmerica uses to ensure the compensation is not accurate! The market moved and the company didn’t, the benchmark is outdated but told verbatim "we are NOT a priority" The company prioritized cost control over market competitiveness
