      The Pros that you can get a lot of overtime and if you have back problems and can not physically handle a physically hard job then it's perfect. .. depending on what home you are placed in.

      Cons

      The pay is horrible and management needs a lot of work. They don't appreciate or treat their employees that well.

      The manipulation Pharmerica uses to ensure the compensation is not accurate! The market moved and the company didn’t, the benchmark is outdated but told verbatim "we are NOT a priority" The company prioritized cost control over market competitiveness
