      I loved the individuals. They made going in 6/7 days a week amazing.

      Cons

      The hours were kind of awful. Working 60+ hrs a week due to being short staffed.

      The manipulation Pharmerica uses to ensure the compensation is not accurate! The market moved and the company didn’t, the benchmark is outdated but told verbatim "we are NOT a priority" The company prioritized cost control over market competitiveness
