Pros
You can work around your schedule if you can find your own coverage.The best thing about the company is the consumers and my Co workers. We stick together and keep the group home in good standing for the consumers sake.
Cons
They DO NOT care about the employees. The coordinators are RUDE! They don't answer their phone. Don't return phone calls nor Voice mails. HR doesn't know anything! Another thing If an employer call to verify if an employee works there, HR say you have to go on the company site to pay for verification. Smh There aren't any raises. Don't become a manager or a Q, because they will work you to death with no help. This company wants employees to follow the rules but mean while they make up alot of their own. PAY SYSTEM SUCKS. Money is almost always messed up. Then they take forever giving it back to you.They do not acknowledge how hard employees work. The job can become very very stressful. Makes you not want to put so much effort into it anymore.To sum it all up, the upper management is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! !
