Pros
Brightroll has a young and fun culture that promotes individuality. There's a lot of really bright and talented people who are definitely rising stars in their field. It's a great place to begin your career and meet some great people at the same time.
Cons
Disconnect between upper management and the rest of staff in terms of communication and involvement. There is actually very little middle management and the company tends to hire out rather than promote from within which makes it a good place to start your career but not a good place to advance it. There is also a lot of old school management/work styles clashing with the young/startup attitude of the rest of the staff and an unwillingness of the upper management to trust the younger employees. Another problem is the apparent cliques within upper management that is not only uncomfortable for staff, but hinders work and productivity.
