      Pros

      Good pay and that is how they get people in. They have extremely low retention especially for management.

      Cons

      Terrible, unethical upper management specifically the CEO. Lots of finger pointing. Very toxic management team.

      Pros

      This was the best paying direct support position I found in the cities. There were always hours for over time too. I only left because I moved out of state.

      Benefits weren’t great, but at least they have them

      Overtime is good, coworkers are also pretty good

      Training is crazy, the scheduling can be tough and the management isn’t responsive
