The organization lacks structure, and decision-making is highly spontaneous. The CEO is egotistical, firing employees one month due to budget constraints and then hiring new ones the next month at significantly higher salaries. Requests for salary increases are often denied under the pretext of budget issues, yet they simultaneously hire a new chairman at triple the salary of the previous one. While everything may appear polished from the outside, the reality inside is starkly different. In 2024 alone, over 80 employees were fired, including both long-term and newly hired staff. One individual was even dismissed just two weeks after being hired, leaving him shocked and without any explanation.
