The mission is really fantastic from the top down. It is really fun to be apart of a team that combines the new world of AI and IoT, with infrastructure that has been around for hundreds of years. It is really cool to actually see the impact we are making with our own eyes. Benefits and compensation and strong and it is clear that the leadership cares about the employees.

Nothing comes to mind, it has been fantastic thus far.

- Compensation is acceptable - Benefits are above average - Smart engineers

- Sad culture, high level management shows high amounts of ego and delusions of grandeur. - Scaling up but in the wrong way; there is a big exodus of high quality engineers who found superior opportunities elsewhere. - Internal process can be very lackluster and chaotic.
