Pros
Strong company culture. Management style that supports autonomy, grows employee skills, and values diverse viewpoints (as long as that viewpoint is supportable!). Great office space. Supportive team members, managers and execs.
Cons
Smaller, early stage company. Not a great fit for "big-co" people who want a title more than they want to get things done. There's an expectation that change happens at a rapid pace and everyone needs to be pulling at 100%.
