While not the official motto of the company, if I were to describe it, it would be.... "People first. Employees later." At the start of every interaction, there is a "How are YOU?" introduction rather than just a get-down-to-business beginning. There is always a genuine concern and care for the employees. I have had several jobs throughout my career, and this is the best place I have ever worked. Brian, the founder, has been a great leader and example of how every company should be run.
