Pros
Most of the people you worked with were nice and they had schedule flexibility. Not many pros beyond that.
Cons
The commission structure is bad. You have to hit a certain amount of sales before they will give you a commission. Once you hit that amount you get paid hourly or commission "whichever one is more." In reality, you worked hard to get to that level and you won't see a change in your paycheck. They don't offer health benefits either. The only people making money are the owners and part-owners.
