Great company culture, the monthly safety barbecues are genuinely fun and exciting. Almost everyone is excited about the work they do since management has made it a point to respect and appreciate one another.

The pay is not great for all positions unless your an executive. People stay so long because overall it's a pleasant place to work. But if you're trying to accelerate your career and make a lot of money this isn't the place for you. All of the general managers and higher paid executives are older white men while 95% of the warehouse team is Hispanic/Latino so that tells you something about Diversity.
