Thank you for sharing your feedback. I am sorry to hear that you feel there is a lack of communication across the company. We are always interested to hear suggestions of how we could improve our communication so if you feel comfortable please reach out to one of the HR team or perhaps discuss with your manager and they can relay to us. Some of the communication touch points we have are company wide communications from the CEO on a monthly basis. We have quarterly surveys whereby we listen to employee's feedback and take actions based on the feedback and we have a monthly newsletter to share company news.
