      Great people and brand pride. Strong 2026 strategy. Opportunity to contribute and have an impact as we continue to grow the company.

      Cons

      So many opportunities and projects - have to be used to a fast paced environment to succeed here. Also have to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities. These are not necessarily cons but could be for someone who likes a more "status quo" environment.
