      Pros

      Good benefits - the usual package of unlimited PTO, decent health coverage for family, 401k... The work done at Brierley is interesting and definitely an area more companies are honing in on (loyalty programs)

      Cons

      Clients are leaving and leadership is not giving clear answers about what the plans are going forward. No real career advancement Bonus' is minimal and based mostly on areas 90% of the employees have no control over (profitability and revenue) Management does not seem interested in career advancement The new CEO is not clear about the vision and direction of the company

      Pros

      Teamwork is emphasized, and different departments work together to create client deliverables. Remote work option and unlimited vacation. Leadership emphasizes sharing credit and highlighting accomplishments of each employee.

      Cons

      Fast-paced agency, so there are definitely busy periods where you have to work hard under deadlines (but this balances out for the most part).
