I would say it great company to work for. Management were fantastic, Gena Hong did a really good job.

since it was a startup the time i started working for them they were a lot of miscommunication

The best thing about Bridj is that the app is awesome. Working on a dynamic route of transportation and experiencing it in real life makes you feel like you're building something from the future.

The CEO's mismanagement has led to a big decline company's performance. Despite being aware of the management issues and the departure of many employees, the CEO has not taken any corrective action. Employees have taken a significant pay cut in exchange for an options package, but the value of these options is unclear due to the lack of transparency from the company. This has left employees uncertain about the return on their investment. When you leave you then have to pay with your own money the options to convert them to stock costing tens of thousands of dollars. But how can you, when you took a pay cut to have those options. The company is plagued by never-ending projects that fail to produce results, sometimes years. PRs that take an excessive amount of time to review sometimes months. Just so much wasted time, energy, and money.
