The team is just incredibleee! Passionate, ambitious, knowledgeable, dedicated, and friendly. Every single employee cares about the crucial part they play in helping to build and develop the business. Plus - we do so much fun social stuff together! Bridgit offers me so much more than just 'a job'. It's a way of life.
Cons
Start-ups require dedication. This is not a con, but just something people need to be aware of. A start-up is intense, but at the same time, incredibly rewarding!
