- Flexible working hours and ability to work from home 2 days a week. - The office is a great space to work where I want to come in every day. - We have an office dog Darla who boosts office moral. - Great team culture. - Company wide transparency on business performance and initiatives. - Strong focus on personal career development which each team member can help steer in the direction of their interests.

- Startup culture isn't for everyone, lots of extra work required from each team member which can be outside of their job description. (Great opportunity to learn though)
