Great place - Cna/Med Aide Bridgewater Retirement Community Employee Review

This was an awesome place to work. All the team members were so welcoming and the residents were also super sweet.

I wouldn't say there is any cons

Pay is not terrible if you don't mind the poor manager and working environment.

When I was being trained the other aids failed to trian me properly then kept reporting me for what they didn't do. When I told the manager about it and that I didn't think it was appropriate for them to do that she disagreed and said that it was appropriate for them to report me for what they didn't do. The daytime aids always showed up looking like their best friend just died and was always in a terrible mood. Also I didn't fully understand what was going on but I was coming down with an illness that was causing me to pass-out. They know I had some health conditions but I guess none of us fully understand what was going on. Anyway the other aids were reporting me for that as well and after everything I just walked out. That male aid I think he was in joy house. Hopefully he's not there anymore and I don't remember his name but he acts sweet but will stab you in the back for what he failed to train you on, so he should have reported himself but instead reported me. The funny thing is what he reported me for was his job I offered to do because I finished before him and offered to help him. I did his job but he didn’t train me properly and reported me for when I was only helping him. I do not recommend this business.
