Pros

Work from home with no plans to bring people into an office. They were WFH long before covid

Cons

This list is long. Medical benefits cost increased while coverage decreased. They reported a 1.6 million dollar loss for 2025 and it seems those losses are increasing. They keep trying to get large contracts that never actually work out. Everything they do is custom software but they have gutted their development team. There is nearly zero respect for the teams that deliver and only have respect for those that sell. Sales promises technology and dates to their customers without any consultation with the people that are expected to deliver. Their sales tactics borderline on deceptive. The sales and executive team admit they dont understand technology but are out selling and committing the company to deliver without understanding the work. If anyone brings up a concern to the executive team they are accused of not being a team player. The leadership expects all employees to just say yes to whatever leadership says even if it is not in the best interest of the company. Oh and they have "unlimited" vacation.......the part they dont tell you is that you are expected to answer email, teams messages, phone calls, and attend meetings even if you are on vacation.
