Pros
People are nice. You get to work in downtown.
Cons
Horrible management. It would be one thing if you got paid a bunch of money and then had to deal with stuff, but no, this company has a way of isolating you and making you feel like nothing, yet attempting to utilize everything they need from you. It's so soul crushing, It is where your dreams go to die, if that makes sense. You're aware of it, yet you allow it for the crappy paycheck and the semi-nice office that you only get to work in once a week.
