Pros

Be close to management (which is getting handled by single person in Pune) and you will be promoted once to 2 years as per company standard policy Good life....if you are close to management....no one will ask you what you are doing...just wait for your market correction and appraisal....you will be get unbelievable hike.

Cons

You will not find any cons if you are close to management....life will be cool. Not for those associates who works honestly and believe in there talent and expect growth in career. HR: is the best part in company. At any point of time if you feel that you are doing good in your project....think of Emtec HR....you will feel that you are the best.

We are disappointed to hear that you feel this way. There has been much evolution and growth at Emtec over the last few years. There continue to be many opportunities. Emtec has clear guidelines for the advancement of our associates – which is contrary to your comments. Our promotions are based on merit and employee contributions, not based on tenure or relationship. We urge you to reach out to the executive management team so we can address your concerns. As you are aware, we have a very open and transparent culture with an open door policy.

Pros

I love the people I work with. I’m constantly learning with every project, and I feel appreciated for my skills and talents. My boss is awesome and gives me a lot of freedom. He's friendly, open, honest, and a great mentor. I think he believes in my abilities more than I sometimes do, which pushes me to take on challenges that help me grow and be a valuable asset to the company. Our team is made up of generally happy people, which makes even the tough jobs feel manageable. I’ve also never worked on a brand I wasn’t excited about, which keeps the work feeling meaningful and fun.

Cons

- The emphasis on time tracking/timesheets creates constant stress around balancing billability and over-logging hours. - My role and responsibilities have grown but my compensation hasn't changed much over the last several years. - No bonuses.

Pros

Decent pay, good people, and remote company.

Cons

Layoffs about every 3 months. Leadership doesn’t disclose. You’ll be looking to reach out to someone about a project and find out they’re not even there anymore. Leadership and management provide little to no training/information yet expect you to perform as if you did. It’s actually very strange. Promotions only given to offshore team members. No culture - the culture is getting the company more money. Poor change management process, yet lots of changes.
