Pros

I enjoy the people I work with day to day

The culture here is so bad. When my friends that work at other companies and I talk about work I really can't believe what we put up with here. The CEO is only about Sales. Most days he comes in between 10 and 11 and is gone by 5:30 and yet he is all over delivery for not putting in enough hours. The camera in the kitchen/break room is so creepy. It actually follows you as you walk through the room. Nobody hangs out there anymore. It's kind if sad and creepy all at once. Why don't they just lock up whatever it is they are concerned about people taking and get rid of the camera!!!! I know at least every new employee in Burlington was asked to write a positive glassdoor review as part of their on boarding process. I guess they want to get a good review out of them before they find out what this place is really like. Looking for a new job.

The Management Team at Bridgeline is of the opinion the vast majority of the negative posts made over the past 18 months have been from a small group of disgruntled former employees who were let go for poor performance, poor attitudes, and poor character. Any one person that has multiple email addresses can post anonymously several times on Glassdoor. It's unfortunate Glassdoor does not monitor the multiple postings or enforce their own posting policies. Pros

- My career took leaps and bounds at Bridgeline. Worked under experienced and knowledgeable individuals with a plethora of talent in various departments. - Independence to work hybrid/remotely is a huge perk. - Interesting vertical to get into with the AI ecomm/product discovery/smart search offerings. - Everyone is open to providing feedback and helping out on projects or tasks at hand. - Oheka Castle!

- Bring back Oheka Castle nights!
