Great work life Life/Balance - Triage Analyst Bridgehead IT Employee Review

Working under the Security Department was the greatest educational period I've had. Being able to have access to a multitude of resources/people to learn from and practice with was a take-off in my career.

I couldnt say i had any cons with the time I had at Bridgehead IT. My role in the security team was tightly knit, so I cannot relatively speak on my opinions of the company as a whole since working in the Security was always consistent of 5-8 people.

Good compensation, smart executives, competent admin staff

account managers and sales worked at cross purposes to technical experts for no better reason than maintaining control, rarely did I witness sales or the AMs acting in the customers’ best interests but their own self interests never took a back seat
