Pros
It's great working at BridgeU because it feels like a family. All teams/team members are willing to pitch in and help out each other, whether in the same team or across teams. A very open environment where every member of the company is welcome to bring up ideas or challenge management and can see their ideas put in place. People are willing to listen to others ideas and take action on them. There is a lot of job mobility, either through promotions or moving people across departments where they would be a better fit/asset for the company. Ability to work on different projects that interest you, whether it be working a new market, working on an internal project, or working in a collaborative way across teams
Cons
With any growing start-up, there is constant change as the company grows. Even though there is fairly good change management practices in place, sometimes not all changes get communicated across teams.
