      Pros

      Broker Tony is wonderful. He is supportive and always there to help. The agency doens't have a ton of useless meetings (like my previous big name company), but just enough to keep you informed and educated. Very convenient for mom with small kids. There are no desk or any other hidden fees. You also get $100% commission. I am happy I listened to my friend who recommended Bridge Realty, and would recommend to all my friends.

      Pros

      Ability to work with many properties and build relationships with realtors

      Cons

      Office staff was inappropriate and playing mind games each week and put you in random unscheduled meetings while you are busy with lots of tasks that need to be done. Paid hourly but was made to stay late often. Completely unprofessional with the office staff and sometimes with other Realtors.
