      No training or progression - profit share bonus is rubbish because sales team sell services at a loss because they use 10 year old spreadsheets

      Pros

      I have been working here for many years and the company is progressive; they move with the times which keeps everything fresh and vibrant. People are friendly and work environment is relaxed and flexible.

      Cons

      Travellling down the A14 every day (they actually let us work from home on a reasonable basis). Also, too few parking spaces so for anyone who can bike, bus or train this is fab, as we are very close to Cambridge North.
