Small company atmosphere. Good company culture. Good coworkers. No micromanagement. Exciting work.

Outside of the engineering/R&D departments there was high turnover. The company is definitely very reactive to general economic conditions. If the economy is good they hire a lot, if the economy turns sour they layoff quickly.
