      Horrible training. NO in field training or visits, and highly disrespectful on calls even to top performers.

      Pros

      You have a lot of liberty to be creative, share ideas, and pursue your interests. Management is very encouraging of process improvements and anything that can contribute to quality. Teams get along well and overall the vibe is incredibly friendly.

      Cons

      -Not the best place to work if you need a highly structured environment. It is, after all, a startup and has many processes that have yet to be built out or refined. -Not the best PTO plan
