      Pros

      Great flexibility with remote working and core hours. Almost everybody is really nice to work with and friendly.

      Cons

      Some individual employees have a bad attitude and are difficult to work with. Communicating this to management doesn’t result in anything as they’re usually seen as too valuable to upset. This is by far the minority though and 98% are genuinely nice people.
