      Culture is very inclusive and depends heavily on your department. Coworkers are very friendly, considerate and caring. Leadership is very experienced.

      A lot of young employees and leadership even with experience is super disconnected with what salaries/hourly pay should be in Utah,

      Working with Lego and other Lego lovers, very fun environment to be in.

      Cons

      Corporate is awful and terrible to work with. If you don't have to interact with them then the job is fine, if you do then run it's not worth it.
