Fun, Exciting environment. Friendly staff and customers. Get to be around and discuss Lego with others. They offer store credit base on total sales goals for the location. Workers got discounts of some items in store as well. Local Owners were very considerate of life situations and helping cover shifts or move them around when emergencies came up.

Does not pay much, Most roles where only part time. Can get a little hectic during special sales events. Some customers can be rough and short tempered.

Working with Lego and other Lego lovers, very fun environment to be in.

Corporate is awful and terrible to work with. If you don't have to interact with them then the job is fine, if you do then run it's not worth it.
