Having worked here for over a year I can see the real progress the company has made and continue to make since becoming a PLC. If you're looking to professional progress, speaking to management about gaining further qualifications to help with my job, the company paid for me to further train and gain qualifications, Hard work is rewarded and often company event are paid for in full, management are approachable and are down to earth. If you work hard and prove yourself you will go far.
Cons
Could work from home more and can be very busy at time but it helps gain knowledge.
