Mid & senior management have high yet reasonable expectations, as well as a direct + transparent manner of engaging with both external stakeholders and internal employees. “Corporate” office team maintains genuine sense of camaraderie, absent of any modern organizational toxicity.

Relative company size and mixed interests can present occasional procedural challenges. Benefits & HR infrastructure not yet fully developed/adopted.

I honestly cannot think of any pros working for this company.

I have genuinely never been more miserable working for a company. The pay isn’t fair compared to other companies in the same position, they can’t keep employees at any of their communities which should say a lot on its own, and the favoritism throughout is ridiculous. The benefits are HORRIBLE and they will not allow you to take time off without reprimanding you. All of the properties they own in this area are run down and honestly dangerous to live or work at and they wonder why people don’t want to live or work there.
