      Pros

      They give you a lot of great skills like learning about content management and Google AdWords. I was never bored and I had a huge say in what projects I wanted to work on and what skills I wanted to develop.

      Cons

      I was essentially the only intern in the office, so there weren't Speaker Series or intern bonding or any company culture events really.

      - Remote-first culture actively working to improve camaraderie among remote employees - Plenty of room to grow - able to take on new projects that interest you

      - Unrealistic expectations about employee bandwidth - Not enough guidance during onboarding and offboarding
