      The flexibility and benefits. You don't find find many companies that really offer what they do, they genuinely care about their employees and work/life balance. The culture and people here are very friendly and welcoming.

      Cons

      Non so far, Rolla may be a small town for some. But there is loads to do in the area if you just look
