Small, cute, good price point to make tips. Not alot of side work. I loved the people I worked with. We would get a 2 to 3 hour push and that was it. But the push was fast and profitable for experienced servers.

Stairs,stairs and stairs. Most of the inside dining is upstairs. Have to be balanced and confident since you are bringing trays of food and lots of soup up and down
