      No pros unless you like free beer.

      Cons

      There's a disgusting work environment figuratively and literally. You'll freeze in the winter, have constant electricity and safety issues, and you'll never get paid on time. If you enjoy terrible communication and toxic work culture, this is the place for you.

      zero, nothing, nada occasional free scrapes of food

      Cons

      Brewery is very happy to make you work 60hr - 80hr work week with no over time pay and miss your payments on a month by month basis. If you fancy watching morale die on it's own then this is the place for you.
