Pros
Good but slow. Got used to tougher and more fast paced environments as coming from hft/mm side. People are more relaxed here and more oriented towards long term profits.
Cons
You need to be political and extra cooperative to grow here. No room for rising stars who are just good at what they are doing. I’ve seen these guys being quickly humbled down via bureocracy.
