I worked here as a software engineer, and the experience was extremely negative. There is zero work/life balance, no respect for employees, and management provides no real support. The only thing that matters is delivering code. For example, I once completed 18 out of 20 assigned tasks in a day, yet my manager, who had offered no help, was upset about the two unfinished items. This attitude reflects the overall culture: toxic, unsustainable, and dismissive of people.
