Salarywise and company ethics wise so good

Cons

In pharma division in India products for regulatory markets is very less even you can say 2 products and on which we need to play on sales figures. Although India major market, Brenntag India pharma division is very much neglected to core. No growth and very high sales pressure.

Cons

Too many unnecessary office employees, and management. Driver facing cameras. Childish policies. A lot of brainstorming that mostly revolves around how to blame a driver or how to take money back out of drivers pockets in favor of paying people in the office whose jobs should be consolidated or replaced. They started paying more after Covid because their hand was forced, then the big minds got together and made new policies to take more than half of that money back from the driver and people who work overtime because clearly those people aren’t smart enough to figure that out and will just take it.
