Cons
Pay, pay, pay, pay, health insurance, health insurance and health insurance. The pay at this company is laughable, you can make more doing just about anything else. The work is steady and OT is essentially unlimited but, who wants to work 60 hours a week and still never touch $70,000 a year. All of that to deal exclusively with material that could injure or kill you very easily. There are multiple health insurance options but the affordable ones are awful and the good ones are $700-1000 a pay period for a family. What a joke.
