      some products still loved by clients

      minimum to nil staff benefit, no prospect in career development, management not listening to front line, almost all positive loyal staff left, lost many previous loyal clients after brand direction changed while new direction yet to recruit more new clients to fill the void

      Pros

      Fun company, no micromanaging, opportunity to work on different aspects of the brand on any given day, creativity is welcomed.

      Cons

      Doesn’t matter how hard you work, how dedicated you are to the cause, how much they appreciate all you do, you are dispensable very easily at the end. They do play favorites so openly too. Most unorganized, lack luster leadership that fail to inspire.
