Pros
The company is improving year by year. New challenges and lot of learning on the field. Collaborating with best OEM will also let you understand better automotive rules.
Cons
As all big Italian companies, salary are very low and the possibility to improve is not really realistic. Lot of people change company to make ad step up in the salary. The company is not very flexible as should.. Timing is too long and the efficiency is not optimized due to not very lean approach.
