Pros
Wonderful environment with a great owner and supervisor that understands the values and needs of it's customers as well as employees. I was blown away with how well everyone was able to demonstrate professionalism and pleasure while on the job, leading to a non-alienating environment for newer and younger employees. All the departments are filled with great people, and definitely deserving of praise for what they do.
Except for one.
Cons
The food department is awful, and full of terrible rude people (especially the head workers there) that seem to have no regards for anyone but themselves and their catering orders. Even though there isn't an official hierarchy at work these people love to bully around the other departments as some sort of personal ego boost. It's beyond unprofessional and causes unneeded stress and tension at the workplace. Stay away from the upstairs kitchens and the people who work there as they will smile and lie to your face before turning nasty on you when your guard is down.
