Idk why i see diversity as a pro. THERE IS NO DIVERSITY! So please stop lying to people on these reviews. I noticed that they terminated the two Black women they had in mid-level leadership roles. They misrepresent themselves to Feds. Never in my life spoke to, corresponded with or heard from the CEO. I have no clue who she is. They Fire you with no warning at all and will site performance, which is a lie. They refuse to streamline project management processes then blame you if things go awry. You’ll be in spreadsheets hell. Burnout can become a real thing. They are super strict for a remote workplace. The benefits are not top notch especially their PTO and they will defend it at all cost! It does not contend with PTO in other workplaces.
